Job Description:

You’ll own the customer journey from activation to renewal, ensuring every client maximizes the value of Heyy. This role is about building relationships, solving problems, and driving retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients within 48 hours of signup.
  • Train and support users in using Heyy effectively.
  • Monitor client health and prevent churn.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with product to share client feedback.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience with SaaS or communication platforms.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
