Job Description:
You’ll own the customer journey from activation to renewal, ensuring every client maximizes the value of Heyy. This role is about building relationships, solving problems, and driving retention.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients within 48 hours of signup.
- Train and support users in using Heyy effectively.
- Monitor client health and prevent churn.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with product to share client feedback.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience with SaaS or communication platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
